ABOUT ME
Elinor Howells is a screenwriter and music video director based in Los Angeles, CA. Elinor developed a passion for screenwriting and film at an early age. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Miami where she wrote, directed, and produced two award-winning short films Permanent Ink and Bris Me Goodbye which explored her queer and Jewish identity. Elinor moved to Los Angeles in 2022 and began pursuing her Master’s in screenwriting at the American Film Institute. During her time there she wrote three features, five produced short films, and a pilot. Elinor’s work seeks to explore identity and the complexities of the human experience through an absurd, satirical, but ultimately understanding lens.
